Eligibility & Redemption

• This voucher is valid for one (1) year of travel planning services for up to five (5) travelers and includes planning for up to two (2) trips.
• Travel planning services must be initiated and completed during the 2026 calendar year (January 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026).
• All travel must depart and conclude no later than May 31, 2027.
  
  

Scope of Services

• Services include customized itinerary planning, destination research, hotel and resort recommendations, cruise and tour guidance, flight assistance, transportation options, and general travel support for two trips.
• This voucher covers planning services only. All travel costs—including flights, hotels, tours, transportation, insurance, and any additional fees—are the responsibility of the traveler.
• Booking services will follow Peace in Paradise Travels’ standard terms, and all suppliers are subject to their own policies, pricing, and availability.
  
  

Limitations

• The voucher holder must be the main point of contact for all planning. Additional travelers can be included up to the allowed maximum of five.
• Trips must be consistent with reasonable planning timelines. Last-minute requests (travel within 30 days of planning start) may not be accommodated.
• Changes requested after plans are confirmed may result in additional research time and are subject to supplier availability.
• Voucher may not be used for group travel exceeding 5 travelers, destination weddings, corporate travel, or highly complex multi-country itineraries requiring more than 20 hours of planning per trip.
  
  

Non-Transferability & Non-Refundability

• This voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value.
• Cannot be exchanged for credits, discounts, or partial services.
  
  

Expiration

• All planning must be completed by December 31, 2026.
• All travel must be completed by May 31, 2027.
• Unused services will be forfeited after expiration.
  
  

Booking Policies

• Pricing is subject to change until deposits or payments are made to suppliers. Peace in Paradise Travels cannot hold pricing, and availability may change at any time.
• A signed Client Agreement and acknowledgment of agency terms are required before planning begins.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Declination must be documented.
  
  

Liability

• Peace in Paradise Travels is not responsible for supplier changes, cancellations, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
• The traveler is responsible for meeting passport, visa, vaccination, and legal travel requirements.
