Refund and Return Policy for Peace in Paradise Travels

Thank you for shopping at Peace in Paradise Travels. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our Refund and Return Policy below.
1. General Return and Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Return:
- We accept returns for unused, unwashed, and unworn items within 14 days of the delivery date.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging with tags still attached.
- Custom items or personalized products are non-returnable unless there is a defect or error in the order.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: - Gift cards
- Downloadable products (such as digital files)
- Customized or personalized items (unless defective)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Return Process:
- To return a product, please contact us at customerservice@peaceinparadisetravels.com to initiate the return process. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for how to return the item.
2. Refund Process
- Refunds for Approved Returns:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping Fees:
- Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable, and the client is responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item was defective or the wrong product was shipped.
- Original shipping fees are not refundable for returned products unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at customerservice@peaceinparadisetravels.com with details and a photo of the issue. We will offer you a full refund or replacement free of charge, depending on your preference.
- Please do not return a damaged or defective item without contacting us first. If the return is due to a mistake on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges for size or color: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return for a refund and then place a new order for the correct item.
5. Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at customerservice@peaceinparadisetravels.com.
- After the 24-hour window, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled as we begin processing and preparing items for shipment. If you wish to cancel after this period, you will need to follow the return process once you receive your item.
