Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $75 (before taxes and after discounts, within the U.S.).

Estimated Delivery Time

For items shipping from our local location, standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. However, we do carry some items that ship from outside the U.S., which may require longer processing and shipping times. If your order contains these items, the expected delivery window will be communicated to you.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive tracking information via email as soon as a shipping label is created. This tracking number allows you to follow your package’s journey until it arrives at your door.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments once they are in the carrier's possession. 

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
